JobDevour.com is an online marketplace that connects Clients seeking to hire freelancers (“Service Providers”) to perform micro jobs or tasks (“Services”). Our platform facilitates the posting, bidding, completion, and payment for these Services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the procedures for requesting them.
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
If a Service Provider fails to deliver the agreed-upon Services within the specified timeframe, the Client may be eligible for a refund.
If the delivered Services significantly deviate from the description provided in the job posting or agreed upon in the contract, the Client may request a refund.
If a Client is charged for Services they did not authorize, they are eligible for a full refund.
In the event of technical issues or errors on JobDevour.com that prevent the successful completion of a transaction, refunds may be issued.
Note: Refunds are not guaranteed for subjective dissatisfaction with the Services provided. It is the Client’s responsibility to clearly communicate expectations and requirements to the Service Provider before and during the completion of the Services.

If the issue cannot be resolved with the Service Provider, follow these steps:
